Another is caused by bad exercise habits, mostly because of over-satisfaction, hunger or exercise within 1 hour after a meal, causing stomach cramps, which involve nerves and pain in the upper abdomen. In addition, people with chronic diseases such as hepatitis, biliary tract infections, and gastrointestinal diseases may also experience abdominal pain during exercise.

When you have abdominal pain, you should slow down the movement speed, adjust the breathing rhythm, and then press the painful hand; gently massage and sway the abdomen, you can also play the role of smoothing the blood and relieve pain; press hard with your fingers The two forearms “inside” “holes”: the arms, palms, in the middle of the forearm, the second horizontal stripes on the back of the wrist, three horizontal fingers, the middle of the two tendons. This also helps to relieve pain; if you have signs of heart palpitations, cold sweats, coma, pulse speed, etc., you should immediately supine and drink some sugar water; if the abdominal pain is stubborn and unbearable, stop exercising and go to the hospital for examination.
